The thermodynamic properties of an LCHCMH solution in water have been described. It is employed as an antioxidant in therapeutic nutrition. It's employed as an antioxidant in natural fruit juice products in the food business. L-cysteine HCL Monohydrate can also be added to amino acid injections to help meet the nutritional needs of intravenous complete parenteral nutrition patients. It boosts glutathione peroxidase enzyme activity too.
